Discover the Azores with Artists is an art project with a tourism twist. It is unique and original and includes the participation of Azorean artists interested in showing their work abroad.
The aim of the first phase of the project (2012) includes the participation of 100 artists/groups living in the nine islands of the Azores with representation from various disciplines including: visual arts, performing arts, and especially dramatic dance, music and theater, not forgetting Azorean traditional arts.

The Miracle of Fatima Interactive Experience now opened in Fatima

Pacis Vrbs, Ltd. has developed a multimedia project, which is called "The Miracle of Fatima". Since June 6, 2012, Holographic images and video stereoscopic (3D), recreate the historical context around the appearance of Our Lady. During the tour, visitors make contact with each of the three secrets of Fatima and Pope John Paul II, among other events. In a visit lasting about 30 to 40 minutes you will gain an interactive experience that conveys the magnetism of Fatima, Altar and the World City of Peace.

On June 2 and 3, Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art presents the 9th edition of PARTY AT SERRALVES (Serralves em Festa - free entrance). This is the largest contemporary arts festival in Portugal and one of biggest in Europe, including hundreds of events unfolding at the various spaces of Serralves 18 ha park, as well as venues in downtown Porto. Serralves em Festa (Portuguese for Party at Serralves) has already become a must do for thousands and thousands of people.From 8 a.m. Saturday, June 2, to midnight on Sunday, June 3, Serralves will host more than 240 events, with activities for all ages. These events cover the areas of Performance, Music (Improvised, Pop Rock, Electronic, Experimental, Jazz, DJs), Contemporary Dance, Acrobatics, Contemporary Circus, Theatre (Street Theatre, Theatre for Children, Puppet Theatre) Cinema, Video, Installation, Photography, Guided visits, Exhibitions, Workshops and a range of activities for Children and families.
