Rip Curl Portugal Confirms Event in Peniche for World Circuit

According to Rip Curl Portugal, the World Surf Circuit will use Peniche as a stop on its World Circuit until “at least” 2014. Peniche is Portugal's only stop on the tour. Portugal Tourism supported the event with 350,000 euros in 2009 and 250,000 euros in 2010.
