Visitors to Lisbon can take a bike tour that doesn’t require going uphill. The tour starts at the top of Parque Eduardo VII near El Corte Inglês and finishes by the river Tejo in Torre de Belém--the spot where the ancient mariners sailed off to discover the New World. The three and a half hour tour features Lisbon’s highlights. The ground is either flat or slightly downhill, which is perfect for everyone. The cost is 25 euros (about $36.92) per adult and 15 euros (about $ 22.15) per child up to 16 years old and includes bike, helmet, insurance and 21 percent value added tax. It excludes return transportation. Reservation need to made in advance. There is also a minimum 2 adults. http://www.filipepalma.com/lisbonbiketour.htm
