Recently, the Toronto Star featured a tasty article by travel writer Sam Vincent on his recent visit to the world famous Old Bakery in Belem, to hopefully crack the secret recipe of the delicious pastry, Vincent wrote: One hour before dawn, while the rest of Lisbon sleeps, a select few indulge in culinary magic.
