New Porto Bay Serra Golf Opens in Madeira

Madeira's new Porto Bay Serra Golf is a small boutique property surrounded by natural areas in the island's mountain with an interior decoration that is both elegant and comfortable - and  with the golf course nearby. The main house dates from 1920, and is classified as part of the regional heritage. The facade, with decorative elements from the Art Nouveaux period, the frieze in floral tiles, windows with white wooden slats, and its fish-scale roof are unique. There are 22 rooms, living room with fireplace, traditional restaurant, heated covered pool, sauna, library, games room and gym.
