Vila Real de Santo António Historic Centers Getting Boutique Hotels

Eight properties held by the Town of Vila Real de Santo António in the city’s historic center will be transformed into boutique hotels. The public contest was launched to renovate the buildings and explore hotel possibilities. The buildings will be leased for a period of 25 years, during which the private enterprises will be required to conduct proper maintenance of the facility.
