September is Yoga Month, and the Martinhal Hotel in Portugal is offering a great way to celebrate this form of health and relaxation. You can find packages for five days and four nights, or extend your stay to eight days and seven nights. Upon purchase, choose from a hotel room or upgrade to a villa. Rooms can fit up to two adults and one child. Villas range from one bedroom to three bedroom and can accommodate up to two adults with 5 children.

The Azores are closer to New England this fall; $433 and 4 hours for a round trip from Boston
