It includes an enormous 180 square meter living room, perfect for gatherings and meetings. The house is in the center of the town of Columbeira, once known as the location of the Battle of Roliça, where the Portuguese defended themselves against the French Invasions of 1808.The Charm of Cascais - Guest House - The luxurious guest house in Cascais opened in July of 2011 with traditional Portuguese architecture and décor, featuring large gardens in a neighborhood close to the center of Cascais, near the sea and marina. Among the available facilities are a heated outdoor pool, restaurant, bar and wine bar, lounge, garden with tropical plants and fruit trees, and a private sailboat for boating trips.
Canal House - The canal house is situated in the Southwest Alentejan Natural Park and São Vicente coast, where small rural houses speckle the rolling countryside of the Alfambras valley. The stunning and virtually unknown Canal beach is only a few kilometers away. Arrifana and Amoreira (to the north), Vale Figueiras, Bordeira and Amado (to the south) are other nearby beaches. Made up of two distinct units, the Yellow House and the Red House, the enterprise was developed with the environment in mind. The houses were built on raw land and make optimal use of solar energy. With comfortable, spacious areas, the houses are completely equipped, including private outdoor patios and private entrances. Upon arrival, guests are presented with a welcome basket with regional products, and fresh Alentejan bread delivered daily.Casa do Conto - Arts and Residence - Open since July 2011, the Casa do Conto presents a modern residence with six original suites in an artistic and cultural environment, right in the center of Porto. The Casa do Conto was born from the renovation of a 19th century building with a granite and tile façade. The project, headed by architects from, aimed to keep memory alive and breathing, and in doing so, outfitted the suites with '40s and '50s furniture, 19th century mirrors and lamps made by Siza Vieira and Souto Moura. The suites are also fully equipped with a kitchenette, common rooms and a garden.
Aldeia do Camelo - This rural tourism unit, opened in March of 2011, offers three renovated traditional houses to its guests. The renovation process focused on social and environmental sustainability. Traditional materials were employed hand-in-hand with solar heating systems and local biomass fuel. The unit also makes a commitment to agriculture and local products, creating an added value in tourism. In partnership with the Donkey Reserve and Naturanima, visitors can take a donkey ride through the mountains of Lousã.
