Inspira Santa Marta Hotel Opens in Downtown Lisbon

The Inspira Santa Marta Hotel is now open in the heart of downtown Lisbon. The “green” four-star property offers comfort and hospitality as well as wellness and sustainability. The company describes the hotel as an 'urban retreat' and Lisbon's 'new oasis', so guests can expect a lot more than the standard four-star experience. The Inspira Santa Marta is the first and only Green Globe-classified hotel in Portugal. Set on the Rua de Santa Marta, just off the Avenida da Liberdade, the hotel has a total of 89 guest-rooms designed along the lines of the Feng Shui themes of earth, fire, water etc. The Open restaurant features Mediterranean cuisine and show cooking, all made with freshly prepared ingredients. Another hotel highlight is the Ritual-branded Retreat spa where guests can work out in the gym or unwind in the steam room.
