The CS Hoteis Group to open 10 Hotels in 2010

The CS Hoteis Group will open 10 new hotels in 2010, in Algarve, Lisbon as well as the Alentejo, with an investment of some 439 million euros. The CS Group plans to open Lisbon’s CS Palace Belem Hotel with 61 rooms and the CS Avenida Hotel in early 2010. In 2010 the 61-room CS Palace Gloria Hotel is scheduled to debut in the fashionable Bairro Alto district. CS group also plans to open the CS Montargil Lake Hotel at the CS Montargil Resorts during 2010. The complex is located on the slopes of Lake Montargil, a nature retreat of inconceivable beauty and a perfect destination for those who love water sports. The resort has facilities for water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, golf and horseback riding. This is an option to those who prefer to enjoy the inner beauty on the Alentejo region. The Hotel will have 105 rooms.The CS Group has a new resort in southern Portugal - The CS Palace Reguengo Hotel is scheduled to open in 2010 in the Algarve. Located inside the CS Morgado do Reguengo Resort near the Portimão area of the Algarve, at the large farm estate of Morgado do Reguengo on the road to the town of Monchique. The property averages 1,000 hectares (2,700 acres) encompassing several different types of landscape ­ hills, valleys and lakes where the splendor of local fauna and flora remains unspoiled. The resort also has two 18-hole golf courses in operation, the Álamos and Morgado Golf courses and a third 18-hole golf course is planned. It will be in this unique natural environment of the Algarve hills that the Palace do Reguengo Hotel will open in 2010.
